Women of Power Improving Nicely (W.I.N.) is a Christian women’s ministry dedicated to motivating, empowering, encouraging and equipping women to become all that God has created them to be.

Founded by Pastor Nicola Maxwell-Johnson in February 2022, W.I.N. brings biblical guidance and practical support to the spiritual, emotional, personal and relational areas of women’s lives.

Through weekly virtual sessions on Zoom, guest presenters share wisdom and tools that help women learn, connect and grow in faith.
